ADDC reviews progress of SAMAGRA
works in Rajouri Directs for timeline completion

Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Dr. Raj Kumar Thapa today
chaired a meeting to review the physical and financial progress of works being
executed under the SAMAGRA scheme in the district.
The Executive
Engineer (Ex En), informing the meeting about the status of works in
Sub-Division Rajouri, said out of 50 sanctioned works, 12 have been completed,
13 are in progress and 13 others allotted, while 8 are under the tendering
process. He further said that 4 works are held up due to some disputes. The progress of works in other sub-divisions
and zones was also reviewed.
The ADDC directed
the Chief Education Officer (CEO) to submit a factual report regarding the
delay in the construction of NSCAV hostel at High School Thandikassi.
In addition, the
ADDC reviewed the status of AAYA appointments and instructed the concerned
authorities to resolve related complaints transparently and in a time-bound
manner.
Furthermore, he
assessed the functioning of Mobile Schools and sought a detailed report on why
some Mobile Schools have become stationary. He also directed officials to
furnish information regarding the sanctioned strength of teachers in these
schools.
The meeting was

DIC, Mohd Fareed Kohli, District Statistics & Evaluation Officer (DSEO)
Sandeep Kumar, Executive Engineers, Chief Education Officer (CEO), and Zonal
Education Officers (ZEOs).
